Serving contractors and homeowners requires more than just quality materials—it requires teamwork, preparation, and continuous improvement.
That’s why team members from Whit Davis Lumber recently joined colleagues across our company’s network for the annual Company Kickoff.
The event provided valuable opportunities to share ideas, strengthen partnerships, and prepare for the year ahead in the building materials industry.
Collaboration Across Our Lumberyard Network
With multiple locations across several states, the kickoff offers an opportunity for teams to collaborate and learn from one another.
Discussions focused on improving operations, enhancing customer service, and supporting builders with reliable building materials.
By sharing insights and strategies, every location—including Whit Davis Lumber in Jacksonville, Cabot, and Greenbrier—can deliver even better service to customers.
Learning From Industry Professionals
Industry experts and guest speakers shared valuable perspectives on leadership, business strategy, and customer relationships.
These insights help ensure our team remains focused on delivering dependable service and building long-term partnerships with contractors throughout Central Arkansas.
Strengthening Vendor Partnerships
During the kickoff, team members connected with leading manufacturers and suppliers to explore new products and solutions.
These partnerships help ensure Whit Davis Lumber continues offering the high-quality materials builders rely on—from framing lumber and siding to windows, decking, and more.
